Embrace your feelings

You feel what you feel, it's basically impossible to get around that. Compelling yourself to feel a specific way will conflict your present status with your planned one, making you unimportant.

The initial step is to acknowledge how you are as you are in any condition of feeling (perceive how I began this post by letting you know how I felt). Allow your tears to run, don't phony a grin, and don't snicker when it's not regular. To be blissful, you must be genuinely cheerful.
